I offer classes to suit everyone.

Tuesday Evening Flow Yoga


Tuesday Evening Gentle Yoga with Nidra/Meditation 

20.15-21.15 (1st Tuesday of every month)

Thursday Morning Energising Yoga



Relaxing yoga classes for all levels as modifications will be offered.

€9 drop-in but cheaper if you buy block booking.  First class is €5.

Private one-to-one or one-to-two classes

One-to one or one-to-two yoga sessions are hugely beneficial whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or if you are brand new to yoga.   So if any of the below apply to you then please do feel free to get in touch for a chat:

€45 for 1-hour session for one-to-one (my abode) - 24340 Mareuil)
€50 for 1-hour session for one-to-one (your abode - within 30 mins)
€55 for 1-hour session for one-to-two (my abode - 24340 Mareuil)
€60 for 1-hour session for one-to-two (your abode - within 30 mins)

10% discount for block booking

24 hours notice of cancellation must be given.

Young yoga

Yoga for the Young

I am trained in "Kidding Around Yoga" which is a style of yoga that was created by Harris Lender, ERYT hours

A typical class gets the children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, laughing, hopping and storytelling all while practicing yoga.   


Kids yoga classes are a great way to increase confidence, co-ordination, self-awareness and empathy in children. Yoga also enables kids to stretch and strengthen their bodies while learning to relax in a creative, fun and safe environment. All that is needed is an ability to have fun and some loose comfortable clothing.  

I taught Tuesday After-school Club Yoga for year 1 and 2 at Stanley School, Teddington, London for many years.
